18 U.S.C. §2257 Statement

TugLive does not produce, host or transmit sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256. During the current stage, all content on TugLive is non-explicit (see the Content policy) and TugLive is therefore exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Independently of that exemption, every person who appears on camera on TugLive has verified that they are at least 18 years of age with a government-issued identity document and a live selfie through our verification partner before their first stream. Verification results are retained for as long as the account exists and as required by law.

If the Content policy changes to permit sexually explicit conduct, this page will be updated with the name and address of the Custodian of Records before any such content is permitted.
