Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Email — for login links and notifications you asked for. Stored encrypted; looked up by a salted hash.
- Wallet address — if you link one, to attribute your tips and Plus membership. Wallet addresses and transactions are public on the Base blockchain by design; nothing we do can make them private.
- Age declaration — the date you confirmed you are 18+.
- Performer verification — performed by our verification partner (Didit). We receive only the outcome (approved/declined) and a reference number, never your document or selfie.
- Live stream samples — small still frames captured from live streams every few seconds for moderation and as the feed thumbnail. Kept 48 hours, longer only when a sample is flagged or a stream is reported, or for a legal obligation.
- Usage — follows, pledges, Looks, hands, reports, chat messages during a stream, and technical logs (IP address, browser type) kept up to 30 days for security.
- Analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across sites.
What we don't do
We don't sell data. We don't run advertising. We don't record your camera during a Look — the video goes directly from your browser to the performer's browser and is never stored by TugLive.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare (hosting, storage, analytics), Didit (identity verification), Resend (email), Sentry (error reports, personal data scrubbed), a blockchain RPC provider (read-only access to public chain data).
Cookies
A session cookie to keep you logged in, a cookie recording your 18+ confirmation, and a short-lived cookie for the roulette. Nothing for tracking.
Your rights
You can see your data at /me and ask us to delete your account at privacy@tuglive.com. We'll do it within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep something (for example, records of a report about a possible minor). Residents of the EU/UK and US states with privacy laws have the rights those laws give them; email us to exercise them.
Children
TugLive is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the site, email safety@tuglive.com immediately.

We'll update the date above and announce material changes on the site.
