Terms of Service
Last updated September 16, 2026. Plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email legal@tuglive.com.
1. Who we are and what this is
TugLive ("TugLive", "we") operates tuglive.com, a live-streaming service for adults. These terms are a contract between you and TugLive. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
2. You must be an adult
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use TugLive in any way. Anyone who appears on camera must first verify their age and identity with our verification partner. If we believe a user is under 18 we will remove them, preserve what the law requires us to preserve, and report where required.
3. Accounts
You log in with an email link and may link a crypto wallet you control. You are responsible for anything done with your account and wallet. One person, one account. Don't share, sell or transfer accounts.
4. Payments — we never hold your money
Tips and Plus purchases are made in USDC on the Base network, from your own wallet, through a public smart contract that splits each tip in the same transaction: 70% to the performer, 30% to TugLive. TugLive never has custody of your funds or the performer's. Because of this:
- All payments are final. We cannot reverse, refund or redirect a transaction — nobody can.
- You are responsible for network fees, for sending the right amount to the right place, and for the security of your wallet.
- TugLive Plus is a prepaid 30-day membership. It does not renew automatically and is not refundable.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and settled in USDC. USDC is a digital asset, not legal tender; nothing on TugLive is investment advice.
5. What you may not do
- Break the Content policy in any stream, chat, profile or Look.
- Record, screenshot, redistribute or attempt to identify performers or viewers.
- Harass, threaten, dox, spam, or solicit payments outside the platform.
- Attempt to access another user's camera, account or wallet, or to interfere with the service.
- Use TugLive if you are under 18, or help anyone under 18 use it.
6. Performers
Performers are independent contractors, not employees, and are bound by the Performer agreement in addition to these terms.
7. Content and moderation
Streams are sampled and reviewed by software and people while live. We may warn, pause, end, or permanently ban at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Reports are handled within 24 hours; appeals go to appeals@tuglive.com.
8. Privacy
See the Privacy policy. In short: we keep very little, we encrypt what we keep, and the blockchain is public by nature.
9. Disclaimers and limits
TugLive is provided "as is". Live video can drop, wallets can fail, and blockchains can be slow. To the fullest extent the law allows, TugLive is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid TugLive (not performers) in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You can stop using TugLive at any time and ask us to delete your account at privacy@tuglive.com. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law gives you the right to sue where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced on the site. Continuing to use TugLive after a change means you accept it.
