Performer Agreement

1. You're independent

You perform on TugLive as an independent contractor. You choose when to go live, what to do within the Content policy, and who to Look at. Nothing here creates employment, partnership or agency.

2. Money

• Viewers tip you in USDC on the Base network through a public smart contract. The contract sends 70% of each tip to your wallet and 30% to TugLive in the same transaction. TugLive never holds your money; there is no payout schedule, minimum or hold because there is nothing for us to pay out.
• You are responsible for your own wallet, its security and its recovery. We can't restore access to a wallet or reverse a transaction.
• You are responsible for all taxes on your earnings. We don't withhold anything. Keep your own records; your wallet history is a complete ledger.
• You may not solicit or accept payment from TugLive viewers outside TugLive for TugLive streams, or post payment details on stream or in chat. Profile links to your other platforms are fine.

3. Verification and honesty

You confirm that you are at least 18, that the ID you verify with is your own, that everyone who appears on your camera has also verified with TugLive, and that you have the right to stream from where you stream. You'll re-verify if we ask.

4. Content

You keep all rights to your performance. You give TugLive a limited licence to transmit it live to viewers and to sample still frames for moderation and the feed thumbnail, kept up to 48 hours unless flagged or reported. We don't record or resell your streams.

5. Rules and enforcement

The Content policy and Terms apply. We may pause or end a stream or remove you from the platform, with or without notice, if we believe rules were broken. Appeals: appeals@tuglive.com.

6. Your safety

Never share your legal name, address, or identifying details on stream. Use the block button freely. Report anything that worries you to safety@tuglive.com.

7. Ending this

You can stop at any time. Ask privacy@tuglive.com to delete your account; we keep only what the law requires.

8. The boring parts

Wyoming law governs. If any clause is unenforceable the rest still applies. This is the whole agreement between you and TugLive about performing; we'll tell you when it changes and ask you to accept the new version before you go live again.
