DMCA & Takedowns
Last updated September 16, 2026. Plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email legal@tuglive.com.
TugLive is live-only and does not store streams, so most takedown requests concern recordings made by viewers and posted elsewhere — which we prohibit and will help you fight.
If your content appears somewhere it shouldn't
Email dmca@tuglive.com with the link, when it was recorded (if known), and your TugLive handle. We'll help identify the viewer where our records allow, ban them, and support your takedown to the hosting site.
If you believe content on TugLive infringes your copyright
Send a notice to dmca@tuglive.com including: identification of the work, the TugLive URL, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act, and your physical or electronic signature. We act on valid notices promptly and terminate repeat infringers. Counter-notices go to the same address.
